The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby for the second time notifies the Shareholders of the Company about the intention to merge the company with Eltrako Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gliwice, ul. Cmentarna 22, 44-103 Gliwice.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław informs that on 15.10.2018 it received information from ALTUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.  acting on behalf of investment funds managed by ALTUS TFI S.A., that the funds managed by ALTUS TFI S.A. decreased its share to below 5% threshold in the total number of votes in ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 10.10.2018 it was notified by Mr Krzysztof Wieczorkowski about the exceeding the threshold of 10% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby for the first time notifies the Shareholders of the Company about the intention to merge the company (as the acquiring company) with Eltrako Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gliwice, ul. Cmentarna 22, 44-103 Gliwice (as the acquired company).

The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. convenes the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of ELEKTROTIM S.A. for 13 November 2018, at 09:00 AM at the seat of the Company in Wrocław, ul. Stargardzkiej 8.

The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. referring to Current Report no. 31/2018 of 09.10.2018 including information regarding the actions taken by ELEKTROTIM S.A. aiming at merging with the subsidiary, informs that on 10 October 2018 it concluded with Eltrako Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gliwice, an agreement regarding the plan of merging of the Company with Eltrako Sp. z o.o. and it endorsed a plan of merging of the Company with Eltrako Sp. z o.o.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby publishes information that on 25.09.2018 Mrs Ewa Folta, person closely related to Mr Krzysztof Folta, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., informed the Company about purchasing shares of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and of exceeding by Mrs Ewa Folta the 5% threshold in the total number of votes in ELEKTROTIM S.A. 

ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby publishes information that on 24.09.2018 Mr Jan Walulik, Member of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., informed the Company about purchasing shares of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 17.09.2018 it received information from ALTUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ALTUS TFI S.A.), acting on behalf of investment funds managed by ALTUS TFI S.A., that the funds managed by ALTUS TFI S.A. decreased its share to below 10% threshold in the total number of votes in ELEKTROTIM S.A.
