The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 27.12.2019 it received an Annexe to the Framework Contract of 25.08.2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract") signed by mBank S.A. with its seat in Warszawa (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") which subject is the usage by ELEKTROTIM S.A. of guarantees granted by the Bank as part of the provided Lines for guarantees (date of the Annexe: 07.11.2019). The Company informed about the conclusion of the Contract with a Current Report No. 52/2015 of 01.09.2015.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 19.12.2019 it concluded a contract with Bieszczadzki Oddział Straży Granicznej in Przemyśl (Contract date: 19.12.2019). The subject of the Contract is the "Expansion of the external EU border technical protection system in the scope of surveillance devices". The final term for the Contract has been set for 30.09.2021.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 13.12.2019 it signed a Contract with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with its seat in Konstancin-Jeziorna (hereinafter referred to as: PSE S.A.) (Contract Date: 10.12.2019). The subject of the Contract is carrying out by the Consortium for PSE S.A. maintenance works on line facilities of the HV transmission network owned by PSE S.A., in order to maintain the PSE S.A. transmission network line facilities located in the area managed by the Branch Office of PSE S.A. in Poznań.

In relation to Current Report No. 41/2019 of 21.11.2019 ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 05.12.2019 it received a copy of the decision of the National Appeals Chamber together with justification on revoking the appeal submitted to the President of the National Appeals Chamber by the consortium of companies including: Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Elektroenergetycznego ELBUD w Katowicach Sp. z o.o. and ELPATOR Sp. z o.o. Zaczernie, regarding a contract awarding procedure for "Rendering exploitation at the LV electrical power engineering owned by PSE S.A. in the Area of ZKO Poznań - Package 2".

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 04.12.2019 it signed a Contract with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with its seat in Konstancin-Jeziorna (hereinafter referred to as: PSE S.A.) (Contract Date: 15.11.2019). The subject of the Contract is carrying out by the Consortium for PSE S.A. maintenance works on line facilities of the HV transmission network owned by PSE S.A., in order to maintain the PSE S.A. transmission network line facilities located in the area managed by the Branch Office of PSE S.A. in Bydgoszcz.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 28.11.2019 it received from Bieszczady Border Guard Unit in Przemyśl a information on selection of the offer submitted in the proceedings regarding a contract awarding procedure in defence and security carried out in the open tender: "Expansion of the external EU border technical protection system in the scope of surveillance devices".

The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) informs that on 28.11.2019 the Board of the Company passed a resolution on reversal of provisions for the amount of PLN 963,754.22 which had been established by the Company in May 2018 for a contractual penalty imposed by AWBUD S.A. with its seat in Fugasówka to the Contract of 30.06.2015 which subject was the execution of the following investment task: “The construction of a public building Rehabilitation and Sport Medicine Centre in Wrocław together with the development of the area and necessary technical infrastructure, including an exit from ul. Lekarska” carried out by AWBUD S.A. for the following investor: MedicoInvestment Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Wrocław.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 25.11.2019 it received another signed Annexe to the Contract on multiproducts line for a group of affiliated entities "Multiproduct Umbrella" signed by mBank S.A. with its seat in Warszawa (date of the Annexe: 07.11.2019). The Company informed about the last amendment with a Current Report No. 18/2018 of 16.07.2018.

In relation to Current Report No. 39/2019 of 18.11.2019 ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 20.11.2019 the appeal submitted to the President of the National Appeals Chamber by the consortium of the following companies was dismissed: Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Elektroenergetycznego ELBUD w Katowicach Sp. z o.o. and ELPATOR Sp. z o.o. Zaczernie, regarding a contract awarding procedure for "Rendering exploitation at the LV electrical power engineering owned by PSE S.A. in the Area of ZKO Poznań - Package 2".

The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław  (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") informs that on 19.11.2019 it received information from Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. with its seat in Warszawa (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation"), acting on behalf of the managed investment funds (hereinafter referred to as "the Funds") about the exceeding by the Funds 5% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
