Information on the conclusion of an agreement with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. for the “Reconstruction of 110 kV lines within the area of operation of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch – 2 parts”

ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby informs that on 7 September 2026 it received two signed agreements concluded with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch, the subject of which is: “Performance of construction and installation works related to the reconstruction of 110 kV lines within the area of operation of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch – 2 parts” [date of the Agreements: 1 September 2026].
The value of Agreement No. 1 is PLN 36,450,000.00 net; PLN 44,833,500.00 gross;
The value of Agreement No. 2 is PLN 10,290,000.00 net; PLN 12,656,700.00 gross.
