The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby announces to the public the information that on 01.12.2020 Mr. Ariusz Bober, the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., notified the Company of acquisition of shares of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies that on 30.11.2020 it concluded with mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw  a Framework Agreement for a multi-product credit facility for ELEKTROTIM S.A. 

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby announces to the public the information that on 29.11.2020 Mr. Ariusz Bober, the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. notified the Company of an acquisition of shares of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies that on 25.11.2020 it received another Annex to Multi-Product Credit Facility Agreement for the group of related entities „Umbrella wieloproduktowa” (Annex date: 24.11.2020; hereinafter: Credit Facility Agreement) concluded with mBank S.A. 

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies that on 24.11.2020 a subsidiary of the ELEKTROTIM Capital Group, i.e. the company ZEUS S.A. and mBank S.A. concluded an overdraft facility agreement.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies that on 24.11.2020 it received another Annex, signed by mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, to Framework Agreement of 25.08.2015 whose subject matter is the use by ELEKTROTIM S.A. of the guarantees granted by the Bank as part of the guarantee credit line.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies about the correction of the forecast of the financial results of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and the ELEKTROTIM S.A. Capital Group for the year 2020.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies that on 30.10.2020 it received a concluded with mBank S.A. another Annex to Multi-Product Credit Facility Agreement for the group of related entities „Umbrella wieloproduktowa” 

The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 01.10.2020 it received another Annexe to the Framework Agreement of 25.08.2015 (“the Agreement”) signed by mBank S.A. with its seat in Warszawa (“the Bank”); the subject of the Agreement is using by ELEKTROTIM S.A. the guarantees granted by the Bank as part of the provided Line for guarantees (date of the Annexe: 30.09.2020). The Company informed about the conclusion of the Agreement with a Current Report No. 52/2015 of 01.09.2015.

Acting pursuant to Articles 128 and 129 of the Act of 11.05.2017 on auditors, audit firms, and public supervision (Dz.U. of 2020, item 1415, consolidated text) and paragraph 19 section  8 of the Articles of Association of ELEKTROTIM S.A. in relation to the expiry on 30.06.2020 and in relation to the change of the composition of the Supervisory Board and appointing on 28.07.2020 by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ELEKTROTIM S.A. the new Members of the Supervisory Board.
