Dariusz Kozikowski

Dariusz Kozikowski, Member of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., is an expert in the construction and electric power industries. A graduate of the Military University of Technology, with extensive experience in key projects.
In 1987, he earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Military University of Technology, specializing in electrical power installations in construction. In his career, he has also completed a number of postgraduate studies, including Theory and Technique of Electricity Protection at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (1994), International Procedures for Investment Organization according to “FIDIC” (2006), Economic and Commercial Law at the University of Wrocław (2010), and Master Class of Management—psychology of managerial actions at SWPS University (2017). He graduated from the “Management 2008” course at the Canadian Institute of Management in Warsaw.
He began his career in 1987 at NP. 2421 Wroclaw, where he served as Manager of Electrical Works and Chief Power Engineer. From 1992 to 1999, he worked for the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Wrocław as Head of the Municipal Services and Energy Department. From 1999 to 2004, he was the Director of the Military Construction Design Office in Wrocław, and then worked as an engineer at the “KARKAS” sp. z o.o. Research and Development Center for one year.
He has been with ELEKTROTIM S.A. since 2005, where he has held key positions such as Director of the Installation Division, Project Director and Director of the Airport Systems Division. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a member of the Management Board at the subsidiary MAWILUX S.A.
Mr. Dariusz Kozikowski holds broad electrical and structural construction licenses, PM Level D certification according to IPMA, and a security clearance up to the “SECRET” classification.
The term of office of Mr. Dariusz Kozikowski, Member of the Management Board, will expire on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. approving the financial statements for 2024.
According to the statement submitted to the Company and examined by the Supervisory Board, Mr. Dariusz Kozikowski does not carry out competitive activities in relation to ELEKTROTIM S.A., nor does he participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its managing body.
According to a statement made to the Company, Mr. Dariusz Kozikowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the KRS Act.
