Maciej Posadzy
President of the Board
Maciej Posadzy, ELEKTROTIM’s President of the Management Board, is an experienced manager with extensive experience in the electric power industry. A graduate of the Poznan University of Technology and MBA programs, he has successfully guided the development of leading companies in the market for years.
In 1999, he graduated from Poznan University of Technology with a master’s degree in electrical engineering, with a specialization in power electronics and electric propulsion. In 2001, he completed postgraduate studies in business management at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He also holds an MBA from the French Institute of Management in 2004-2005, and a certificate from the “Management I” course at the Canadian Institute of Management (2007-2008).
He began his career in 1999 at Technika Electra Sp. z o.o. in Poznań as Director Sales and Logistics. In 2000, he joined TIM S.A., where he held key positions for 16 consecutive years, including: Director of the Trade Branch in Poznań, Deputy Director of Sales, and since 2010 Vice President of the Managing Board, Director of Operations. From 2013 to 2016, he served as Member of the Management Board and Director of Operations.
From 2011 to 2019, he served as Member of the Management Board of Rotopino.pl S.A. (TIM Group S.A.), and from 2016 to 2024, President of the Management Board and CEO of 3LP S.A.
He joined ELEKTROTIM S.A. on July 1, 2024, initially as Organization Director, and has been the President of the Management Board since January 1, 2025.
Mr. Maciej Posadzy also gained experience in corporate governance, serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. from 2021 to 2024, as well as a member of the Supervisory Boards at SONEL S.A. (2006–2024), Rotopino.pl S.A. (2019–2020) and PROCOM SYSTEM S.A. (2023–2024).
In his career, he has completed numerous management and development programs, such as MBA and management courses in Poland and abroad.
The mandate of the President of the Management Board of Mr. Maciej Posadzy will expire on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. approving the financial statements for 2024.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, Mr. Maciej Posadzy does not carry out competitive activities in relation to ELEKTROTIM S.A., nor does he participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, nor does he participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its managing body.
According to a statement made to the Company, Mr. Maciej Posadzy is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the KRS Act.
