Dividend for Shareholders of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company), acting pursuant to § 19 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company allocated on June 20, 2023 for the payment of dividend to shareholders in the amount of PLN 14,974,513.50 (in words: fourteen million nine hundred and seventy-four thousand five hundred and thirteen zlotys 50/100), i.e. PLN 1.50 (in words: one zloty 50/100) per 1 share of ELEKTROTIM S.A.
