ELEKTROTIM S.A. announces the dates of planned publication of periodic reports in 2025
ELEKTROTIM S.A., acting pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), the dates for submitting consolidated periodic reports in 2025 are as follows:
1. Consolidated extended quarterly reports:
a) for Q1 2025 – 27.05.2025
b) for Q3. Quarter 2025 – November 25, 2025.
2. Consolidated extended semi-annual report for the first half of 2025: 09.09.2025
3. Annual reports:
a) Unit annual report for 2024: 02.04.2025
b) Consolidated annual report for 2024: 02.04.2025
