Data Protection Officer (DPO):

 

ELEKTROTIM S.A. is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37(1) of the GDPR.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

Personal data collected by ELEKTROTIM S.A. is processed based on:

  • Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR – voluntary consent;
  • Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR – when necessary to perform a contract or take steps before entering into a contract at the request of the data subject;
  • Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR – when necessary to fulfill a legal obligation imposed on the Controller;
  • Article 6(1)(d) of GDPR – when necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;
  • Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR – when necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or a third party.

Data Retention Period

Personal data will be processed for no longer than required by applicable law and internal regulations of ELEKTROTIM S.A., depending on the legal basis for processing.

 

Your Rights

 

Under GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

 

  1. Access their data and receive a copy;
  2. Rectify (correct) their data;
  3. Request the erasure of data, unless processing is required by law or public authority duties;
  4. Restrict data processing;
  5. Object to data processing;
  6. Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO) at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
