The Company informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company allocated the amount of PLN 14,974,513.50 (fourteen million nine hundred and seventy-four thousand five hundred and thirteen zlotys 50/100), i.e. PLN 1.50 (one zloty 50/100) per 1 share of ELEKTROTIM S.A. on June 20, 2023, for the payment of dividends to the Shareholders. The General Meeting resolved that Shareholders who will own the Company’s shares on July 7, 2023 (the dividend date) are entitled to receive dividends.
The dividend will be paid to Shareholders on July 28, 2023 (dividend payment date).
The total number of shares covered by the dividend is 9,983,009 shares.
