Information on the conclusion of an agreement with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., Gliwice Branch – reconstruction of the 110 kV Radzionków-Julian and Bolko-Rozalia lines

ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby informs that on 23 February 2026 it concluded an agreement with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., with its registered office in Kraków, Gliwice Branch, the subject of which is the “Reconstruction of the 110 kV Radzionków-Julian and Bolko-Rozalia line from the branch-off point to Pogoda Substation to Julian Substation under the design-and-build formula”. The remuneration for the performance of the subject of the Agreement has been set at PLN 19,540,000.00 net; PLN 24,034,200.00 gross.
