Information on the selection of ELEKTROTIM S.A.’s bid in the public procurement procedure entitled: “Construction of the state border protection on the section of the Bug River in the Bug River Border Guard Unit”

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the Company, Contractor) hereby informs that on November 14, 2023, in the procedure conducted by the State Treasury – the Commander-in-Chief of the Border Guard (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party), the bid submitted by a consortium of companies consisting of: ELEKTROTIM S.A. – Consortium Leader and OSTOYA-DataSystem Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk – Consortium Member (a company from the ELEKTROTIM Capital Group) was selected. According to the justification of the selection, the offer of ELEKTROTIM S.A. was considered the most advantageous within the meaning of Art. 239 sec. 2 of the Act of September 11, 2019, on Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605) (hereinafter referred to as PPL).
