Notification of a change in the shareholding of the Company

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 25 November 2025 it received from the President of the Management Board of the Folta Family Foundation, Mr. Krzysztof Folta, a notification of a change in the shareholding of the Company submitted pursuant to Art. 69 et seq. of the Act on Public Offering, i.e. concerning the exceeding of the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the Company. The acquisition of shares occurred as a result of a donation made to the Folta Family Foundation, with its registered office in Wrocław, settled on 25 November 2025.
