We prefer in-person meetings, but are also open to online meetings.

  • Do research on the company you are applying to – get information that will ensure you are effectively prepared for the meeting. See exactly what it does, what products it has, how many employees it employs. Go to the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook and check out what’s been happening in the company lately.
  • Knowledge of the company and familiarity with its operations will show that you are motivated and genuinely care about working together – and this is very important to the recruiter and employer.
  • Just before the interview, review the offer you are applying for.
  • Prepare professional and comfortable attire for the interview.
  • Prepare the questions you will ask at the interview – be sure to prepare a list of questions you will ask the recruiter. This will show that you have prepared, are committed and motivated.
  • Find out how to get to the company’s headquarters – the day before the interview, check the route and prepare a plan B in case of traffic jams or emergencies – being late will be in bad taste. Leave home early enough and try to arrive about 5 minutes before the meeting.
  • Try not to stress.
