Krzysztof Wójcikowski

Krzysztof Wojcikowski, Member of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., is an expert in low-current systems and cybersecurity. A graduate of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, he has successfully combined technical knowledge with managerial experience for years.
In 2003, he graduated from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology with a master’s degree in engineering from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, specializing in telecommunications. He has also completed a number of postgraduate studies in his career, including, for example, the IBMS Integrated Building Management System at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (2006), Economic and Commercial Law at the University of Wrocław (2010) and cybersecurity at the AGH University of Kraków (2020).
He began his career in 2005 at ELEKTROTIM S.A., where from the beginning he was associated with the low-current and security systems sector. Working in various positions, such as Plant Manager of Low-Current Installations (2005-2008), Plant Director of Security Systems (2011-2020) and Division Sales Director (2020-2021), he has gained extensive experience in project and operations management.
From 2016 to 2019, he served as a member of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. Then, as of January 2021, he took the position of President of the Managing Board of OSTOYADataSystem Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of the ELEKTROTIM Group.
Mr. Krzysztof Wojcikowski is a member of the Polish Chamber of Alarm Systems and holds licenses related to the design and management of modern security systems.
The mandate of Mr. Krzysztof Wojcikowski, Member of the Management Board, will expire on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. approving the financial statements for 2024.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, Mr. Krzysztof Wójcikowski does not carry out competitive activities in relation to ELEKTROTIM S.A., nor does he participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, nor does he participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its managing body, except for performing the function of the President of the Management Board in OSTOYA- DataSystem Sp.z o.o., based in Gdansk, being a subsidiary of ELEKTROTIM S.A.
According to a statement made to the Company, Mr. Krzysztof Wojcikowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the KRS Act.
