EDUCATION:
2017 – 2023 Full-time doctoral studies in Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław, culminating in the award of the doctoral degree (PhD) in social sciences in the discipline of legal sciences;
2015 – 2017 German Law School conducted by the University of Wrocław in cooperation with Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, completed with the German Law Certificate;
2012 – 2017 Full-time Master’s degree studies in Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław, culminating in the award of the Master’s degree.

According to the statement submitted to the Company, Dorota Wieczorkowska, PhD, does not engage in any competitive activity against ELEKTROTIM S.A., nor does she participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil law partnership, personal partnership, or as a member of the governing body of a capital company, nor does she participate in any other competing legal entity as a member of its governing body.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, Dorota Wieczorkowska, PhD, is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act (KRS).
According to the statement submitted to the Company, Dorota Wieczorkowska, PhD, meets the criteria for an independent member of the Supervisory Board as specified in the Act of May 11, 2017, on statutory auditors, audit firms, and public supervision.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, there are actual and significant connections of Dorota Wieczorkowska, PhD, with a shareholder holding at least 5% of the total voting rights in ELEKTROTIM S.A. (criterion pursuant to point 2.3 of the Best Practices for Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 2021).
The mandate of Dorota Wieczorkowska, PhD, shall expire no later than on the day of the general meeting approving the financial statements of ELEKTROTIM S.A. for the year 2027.
