Jan Konrad Walulik
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., holds a PhD in legal sciences. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is entered on the list of legal advisors (attorneys-at-law) of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. He is a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and the National School of Public Administration. He is the author of several monographs and commentaries, as well as numerous articles in the field of law.
Since 2011, Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik has been practicing independently as a lawyer specializing in commercial, tax, and aviation law. He runs a legal practice (attorney-at-law office) in Warsaw. He provides legal services to business entities throughout Poland, in particular in the area of corporate reorganizations and capital groups, holding structures, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik has also been employed as follows:
in 2007-2008, as a lawyer at the law firm Weil,Gotshal & Manges P. Rymarz sp.k. in Warsaw,
in 2009-2011, as a partner and member of the management board at the advisory firm Evertree Solutions sp. z o.o. in Warsaw,
in 2016–2017, as a research assistant at the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies, Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.
Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik has served as a member of the management boards and supervisory boards of numerous business entities. Currently, Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik serves as a member of the management board of Fils Family Foundation (Fils Fundacja Rodzinna), a shareholder of ELEKTROTIM S.A.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik does not conduct any competitive activity in relation to ELEKTROTIM S.A., nor does he participate in a competing entity as a partner in a civil partnership or partnership, or as a member of the governing body of a capital company. He also does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its governing bodies.
W According to the statement submitted to the Company, Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik does not meet the independence criterion defined in the Act of 11 May 2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight.
