The Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Maciej Posadzki to the position of the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. from January 1, 2025, and reduced the composition of the Company’s Management Board from five to four members. Mr. Maciej Posadzy has served as a member of the Company’s Management Board since 01.07.2024.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, examined by the Supervisory Board, Mr. Maciej Posadzy does not conduct or participate in conducting activity that would be competitive in relation to the activity of ELEKTROTIM S.A., does not participate in another competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its managing body. Mr. Maciej Posadzy is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the National Court Register Act.
