ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs about changes in conference dates after publishing of periodical reports in 2018

The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. acting on the basis of Article 103, section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz.U. of 2009, number 33, item 259, as amended) hereby presents dates of handing over consolidated periodical reports in 2018, as well as dates of result conferences:

1. Consolidated extended half-yearly report for the first six months of 2018:

1. Annual reports:  Individual and consolidated annual report for 2017:             

                                            26.04.2018                                                          24.05.2018 (Thursday) previously scheduled for 27.04.2018

The Board of the Company represents that pursuant to Article 83, sections 1 and 3 of the above-mentioned Ordinance, it shall not publish separate individual quarterly reports and separate half-yearly report. The consolidated quarterly reports shall include quarterly financial information; whereas the consolidated half-yearly report shall include half-yearly abbreviated Financial Statements together with the report developed by an entity authorized to carry out audits of Financial Statements.

Moreover, in accordance with Article 101, section 2 of the above-mentioned Ordinance, the Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. shall not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 and Q4 of the accounting year.

All periodical reports will be published on the website of the Company (www.elektrotim.pl), tab “Investor Communications”.
