Appointment of the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

The Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Maciej Posadzy to serve as the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. from January 1, 2025 and reduced the composition of the Company's Management Board from five to four people. Mr. Maciej Posadzy has been a Member of the Company's Management Board since July 1, 2024.

According to the declaration submitted to the Company, examined by the Supervisory Board, Mr. Maciej Posadzy does not conduct or participate in conducting any business that would be competitive with the business of ELEKTROTIM S.A., he does not participate in any other competitive company, as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member body of a capital company and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body.  Mr. Maciej Posadzy is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
