Appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company), acting on the ba-sis of § 10 in conjunction with § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for rec-ognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. appointed on June 20, 2023 Mr. Maciej Posadza to perform the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
