Appointment of the ELEKTROTIM S.A. Audit Committee

Acting on the basis of Article 128 and 129 of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public oversight (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1302) and paragraph 19 section 8 of the Articles of Association of ELEKTROTIM S.A., in conjunction with the end of the term of the ELEKTROTIM S.A. Audit Committee falling on 23 June 2022, i.e. on the day of the Annual General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. approving the annual financial statement of ELEKTROTIM S.A. for 2021, the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. appointed on 5 July 2022 the Audit Committee.
