Appointment of the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to § 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent, hereby informs that the Company’s Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Maciej Posadzy to serve as the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. as of January 1, 2025. Additionally, the Supervisory Board has reduced the composition of the Company’s Management Board from five to four members. Mr. Maciej Posadzy has been serving as a Member of the Management Board since July 1, 2024.
