Appointment of Two Members of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. acting pursuant to § 10 in conjunction with § 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions under which information required by the laws of a non-member state may be considered equivalent, hereby announces that on 16 May 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. appointed Ms. Dorota Wieczorkowska and Mr. Marek Gabryjelski as Members of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
