ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company; the Issuer) acting pursuant to § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) informs about the change date of publication of the extended consolidated report of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and the Capital Group for the first half of 2023.
