The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław at Stargardzka 8, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000035081 by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter: the “Company”), acting pursuant to Article 399 § 1 and Article 4021 § 1 and 2 of the Commercial Companies Code (hereinafter: the “CCC”), in conjunction with Article 398 of the CCC and § 23 section 4 letter a) of the Articles of Association of ELEKTROTIM S.A., hereby convenes the Extraordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. to be held on 26 February 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Company’s registered office at Stargardzka 8 in Wrocław.
