The Company ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: Company; Issuer), acting pursuant to § 80, sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereinafter: Regulation), hereby announces the dates of publishing consolidated periodic reports in 2022.
