Dividend for the Shareholders of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A., held on 20 May 2026, allocated an amount of PLN 19,966,018.00 (in words: nineteen million nine hundred sixty-six thousand eighteen zloty) for the payment of a dividend to shareholders, i.e. PLN 2.00 gross (in words: two zloty) per share of ELEKTROTIM S.A. The Ordinary General Meeting resolved that the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend are those who will hold shares in ELEKTROTIM S.A. on 19 June 2026 (dividend record date). The dividend will be paid to shareholders on 24 July 2026 (dividend payment date). The total number of shares covered by the dividend amounts to 9,983,009 shares.
