Information on changing the Framework Agreement concluded with mBank S.A. in the scope of using the guarantee line by ELEKTROTIM S.A.

The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 01.10.2020 it received another Annexe to the Framework Agreement of 25.08.2015 (“the Agreement”) signed by mBank S.A. with its seat in Warszawa (“the Bank”); the subject of the Agreement is using by ELEKTROTIM S.A. the guarantees granted by the Bank as part of the provided Line for guarantees (date of the Annexe: 30.09.2020). The Company informed about the conclusion of the Agreement with a Current Report No. 52/2015 of 01.09.2015.
