Information on receiving a notification on selecting the ELEKTROTIM S.A.’s offer as part of the tender carried out by the Regional Management of Infrastructure in Wrocław

The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. acting on the basis of Article 56, section 1, subsection 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the Public Offer of Financial Instruments (Dz.U. 2013, 1382, consolidated text) informs that on 11.01.2016 it received a notification regarding the selection of the offer submitted by ELEKTROTIM S.A. at the Regional Management of Infrastructure in Wrocław. According to the above-mentioned notification, the offer submitted by ELEKTROTIM S.A. as part of the limited tender for construction works including the modernization of the alarm systems in the warehouse area of Duninów complex – Duninów storehouse together with obtaining the occupancy permit or with the effective notification about the completion of works (task 21128), with the price of PLN 15,306,758.05 gross.The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. publishes the fact of receiving thenotification due to the potential significant meaning for future incomes of the Company in the future. Taking into account the regulations regarding, among others, Public Offering law, ELEKTROTIM S.A. shall regularly inform about any changes to the confidential information and shall notify about the concusion of the contact with a separate current report.
