Information on the conclusion of an agreement with STOEN Operator Sp. z o.o. – modernization of the 110/15 kV Białołęka power station

ELEKTROTIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, informs that on April 10, 2025, it entered into an agreement with STOEN Operator Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Contracting Party), dated April 10, 2025. The subject of the agreement is the preparation of design documentation and the execution of construction works for the project titled “Modernization of RPZ Białołęka.” The project involves the reconstruction of the 110/15 kV Białołęka power station, focusing on primary and secondary circuits, as well as the reconstruction of transformer bays.
