ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby informs that on 25 August 2026 it concluded an agreement with PORR Government Services Poland Sp. z o.o., the subject of which is: Comprehensive performance of electrical installations, MV, LV, LV/S, CDB cable ducting, as part of the Munitions Storage Area (MSA), Powidz Air Base, Poland investment.
Depending on the scope of options exercised by the Client, the remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement has been set in two variants:
1. variant 1, in the amount of PLN 45,561,050.00 net; PLN 56,040,091.50 gross
2. variant 2, in the amount of PLN 42,742,215.00 net; PLN 52,572,924.45 gross.
