Information on the conclusion of an agreement with PSE S.A. for the expansion of the 220 kV switchgear at the 220/110 kV Leśniów substation for the connection of the Niedźwiedź photovoltaic installation and external entities

ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby informs that on 21 August 2026 it concluded an agreement with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. the subject of which is the expansion of the 220 kV switchgear at the 220/110 kV Leśniów substation for the connection of the Niedźwiedź photovoltaic installation and external entities.
The remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement, including the option right, has been set at PLN 89,350,000.00 net; PLN 109,900,500.00 gross.
