ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław hereby informs that on 11 August 2026 it concluded an agreement with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. with its registered office in Kraków, Legnica Branch, the subject of which is “Construction, under the ‘design and build’ system, of two 110 kV cable lines from the S-420 line to the 110/20/6 kV Kalinówka substation”.
The remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement has been set at PLN 18,850,000.00 net; PLN 23,185,500.00 gross.
