Information on the conclusion of an agreement with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., Wrocław Branch – modernization of the 110 kV switchgear at the 400/110 kV R-3 Pasikurowice substation

ELEKTROTIM S.A. announces that on 22 May 2026 it entered into an agreement with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., with its registered office in Kraków, Wrocław Branch, the subject of which is the “Modernization of the 110 kV switchgear at the 400/110 kV R-3 PASIKUROWICE substation”.

The remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement has been set at PLN 80,950,000.00 net; PLN 99,568,500.00 gross.
