Information regarding the selection of the offer of ELEKTROTIM S.A. as the most advantageous as part of the proceedings carried out by TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., Branch Office in Wałbrzych

The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. acting on the basis of Article 56, section 1, subsection 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the Public Offer of Financial Instruments (Dz.U. 2013, 1382, consolidated text) informs that on 01.02.2016 it received a notification via the purchasing website (Marketplanet) from TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., Branch Office in Wałbrzych, regarding the results of tender proceedings for the following task: “R-Boguszów Modernization of the 110/20kV Station, Task No. 109115” in the “turnkey” mode (design and build). In accordance with the above-mentioned notification the offer submitted by ELEKTROTIM S.A. for the above-mentioned proceedings has been selected as the most advantageous with the net price of PLN 5,759,000.00.
