ELEKTROTIM S.A. publishes the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. held on 20 May 2026 (hereinafter: the “OGM”):
1. Vesper Family Foundation: 1,379,683 shares/votes (24.47% of votes at the OGM; 13.82% of the total number of votes);
2. Folta Family Foundation: 1,100,000 shares/votes (19.51% of votes at the OGM; 11.02% of the total number of votes);
3. FUTURO Family Foundation: 600,000 shares/votes (10.64% of votes at the OGM; 6.01% of the total number of votes);
4. Nationale-Nederlanden Open-End Pension Fund: 584,000 shares/votes (10.36% of votes at the OGM; 5.85% of the total number of votes);
5. ALLIANZ Polska Open-End Pension Fund: 509,236 shares/votes (9.03% of votes at the OGM; 5.10% of the total number of votes);
6. FILS Family Foundation: 410,000 shares/votes (7.27% of votes at the OGM; 4.11% of the total number of votes).
