With reference to Current Report No. 19/2025 dated April 14, 2025 (Notice of the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A.), ELEKTROTIM S.A. (the Company), acting in accordance with the principles set out in the “Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021”, hereby informs that on April 29, 2025, it received from a Shareholder of ELEKTROTIM S.A. – Allianz Polska Open Pension Fund, based in Warsaw, represented by PTE Allianz Polska S.A., also based in Warsaw – a nomination of Mr. Marek Gabryjelski as a candidate for Member of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. in the elections to be held at the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. convened for May 16, 2025.
