Nomination of a Candidate for Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

With reference to current report No. 15/2026 dated 21 April 2026 (announcement on convening the Annual General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A.), ELEKTROTIM S.A. (the “Company”), acting in accordance with the principles set out in the “Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021”, hereby informs that on 6 May 2026 it received from the Company’s Shareholder – VESPER Family Foundation, with its registered office in Wrocław – a nomination of Mr. Jan Walulik as a candidate for Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 20 May 2026.
