Notification of a change in shareholding in the Company

ELEKTROTIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 620) (the “Public Offering Act”), hereby informs that on August 9, 2024, it received a notification from Mr. Krzysztof Folty, a shareholder of the Company and a participant in the shareholder agreement, regarding a change in his shareholding in the Company. This notification was submitted in accordance with Article 69(1) and (2) in conjunction with Article 87(1)(5) of the Public Offering Act.
