The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., acting under the Article 160, section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on trading financial instruments, hereby notifies that on 15.10.2015 it was notified by Krzysztof Wójcikowski, the Company’s Proxy, about the purchase of 1,373 (say: one thousand three hundred seventy three) shares of ELEKTROTIM S.A. at the average price of PLN 17.35 per one share.
The above-mentioned shares were purchased on 14.10.2015 at the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.] as part of the normal sequence of transactions.
