In relation to Current Report No. 26/2020 of 06.07.2020 (Notification on convening the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ELEKTROTIM S.A. on 28.07.2020) ELEKTROTIM S.A., acting in accordance with the “Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies 2016” informs that on 13.07.2020 it received a notification from Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander – a Shareholder of ELEKTROTIM S.A. – a letter informing that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ELEKTROTIM S.A., convened on 28 July 2020, in case of a vacancy in the Supervisory Board, it puts forward a candidacy of Mr Marek Gabryjelski for a position of a Member of the Supervisory Board.
