Registration by the court of the amendment to the Articles of Association of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: Company) acting pursuant to § 5, point 1) and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 February 2018 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State, informs that on 29 July 2020 it received a decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register as regards making an entry in the National Court Register – Register of Entrepreneurs of the new consolidated text of the Articles of Association, as per the Resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM SA No. 28/WZA/2020, 29/WZA/2020, 30/WZA/2020 and 34/WZA/2020 of 30 June 30.
