Sale by ELEKTROTIM S.A. of shares of the subsidiary PROCOM SYSTEM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław (Company), with reference to current report No. 12/2019 of July 10, 2019 and current report No. 32/2022 of December 12, 2022, informs that on December 12, 2022 the Company concluded a sales agreement of all shares held by the Company of the subsidiary PROCOM SYSTEM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław („Subsidiary”) with 16 natural persons, including Members of the Management Board of the Subsidiary, i.e. Mr. Artur Wójcikowski President of the Management Board of the Subsidiary and Mr. Bogdan Doliński Member of the Management Board of the Subsidiary, employees of the Subsidiary and persons from outside the Company not related to the Company Subsidiary, with the consent granted by the Supervisory Board of the Company („Sale Agreement”).
