Submission of a candidate for the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

With reference to the current report No. 14/2023 of May 19, 2023 (announcement on convening the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A.), ELEKTROTIM S.A. (Company), acting according to the rules set out in the set of „Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies 2021”, informs that on May 29, 2023 it received from the Company’s Shareholder – Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski – a candidacy of Mr. Maciej Posadza for the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled for June 20, 2023.
