In relation to Current Report No. 36/2019 of 05.11.2019 ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs about setting a date for 20.11.2019 for the meeting of the National Appeals Chamber where the appeal submitted to the President of the National Appeals Chamber by the consortium of the following companies shall be considered: Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Elektroenergetycznego ELBUD w Katowicach Sp. z o.o. and ELPATOR Sp. z o.o. Zaczernie, regarding proceedings regarding a contract awarding procedure for “Rendering exploitation at the LV electrical power engineering owned by PSE S.A. in the Area of ZKO Poznań – Package 2”. ELEKTROTIM S.A. joint the appeal on the side of the Ordering Party, i.e. Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A.
