In relation to Current Report No. 39/2019 of 18.11.2019 ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 20.11.2019 the appeal submitted to the President of the National Appeals Chamber by the consortium of the following companies was dismissed: Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Elektroenergetycznego ELBUD w Katowicach Sp. z o.o. and ELPATOR Sp. z o.o. Zaczernie, regarding a contract awarding procedure for “Rendering exploitation at the LV electrical power engineering owned by PSE S.A. in the Area of ZKO Poznań – Package 2”.
