In relation to Current Report No. 41/2019 of 21.11.2019 ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 05.12.2019 it received a copy of the decision of the National Appeals Chamber together with justification on revoking the appeal submitted to the President of the National Appeals Chamber by the consortium of companies including: Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Elektroenergetycznego ELBUD w Katowicach Sp. z o.o. and ELPATOR Sp. z o.o. Zaczernie, regarding a contract awarding procedure for “Rendering exploitation at the LV electrical power engineering owned by PSE S.A. in the Area of ZKO Poznań – Package 2”.
