Withdrawal of the candidacy and nomination of a new candidate for Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.                             

ELEKTROTIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, hereby announces that on 14 May 2026 it received a letter from the Company’s shareholder – Fundacja Rodzinna VESPER – containing information on the withdrawal of the candidacy of Mr. Jan Walulik for the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. This candidacy was indicated in the Company’s current report No. 17/2026 dated 7 May 2026 in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 20 May 2026. The reason for the withdrawal of the candidacy is Mr. Jan Walulik’s resignation from standing for election.
Furthermore, the Company announces that in the same letter the Shareholder submitted the candidacy of Mr. Jan Konrad Walulik for the position of Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
