ELEKTROTIM S.A. announces that on June 14, 2024, it received a nomination from a shareholder of ELEKTROTIM S.A. - Mr. Jan Walulik - for Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk as a candidate for the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. in the elections to the Supervisory Board to be held at the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. convened for June 25, 2024.

ELEKTROTIM S.A., hereby announces that on June 14, 2024, Mr. Maciej Posadzy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., informed the Company about his acquisition of ELEKTROTIM S.A. shares.   

ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby informs that on June 10, 2024, it received a nomination from Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski, a shareholder of the Company, proposing Mr. Jan Walulik for the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., in relation to the Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for June 25, 2024.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby informs that on June 10, 2024, it received from Mr. Maciej Posadzy a resignation from the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., effective as of the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. approving the financial statement for the year 2023.

The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. hereby informs that on June 4, 2024, it received from Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski, a request to include in the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled for June 25, 2024 following matter: "Appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board"

ELEKTROTIM S.A. (the Company) announces that on May 27, 2024, it entered into two agreements with Santander Bank Polska S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the Bank): one for an overdraft facility (credit agreement) and the other for a guarantee limit (guarantee limit agreement) (collectively: the agreements).

The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., headquartered at 8 Stargardzka Street, Wrocław, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000035081 by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter: the Company), acting pursuant to Article 399 § 1 and Article 402 (1) § 1 and 2 of the Commercial Companies Code, in connection with Article 395 of the Commercial Companies Code and § 23(2) and § 24 of the Articles of Association of ELEKTROTIM S.A., hereby convenes the Annual General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. on June 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Company's headquarters at 8 Stargardzka Street, Wrocław.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. branch in Wrocław hereby informs that it concluded a contract on April 26, 2024, with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne headquartered in Konstancin-Jeziorna (contract date: April 26, 2024), the subject of which is the execution of the task titled "Modernization of the 220/110 kV Adamów substation, Stage 2a - Expansion of the 220 kV and 110 kV switchgear in the 220/110 kV Adamów substation for the connection of BGP Adamów".

ELEKTROTIM S.A., a company based in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the Company), announces that on April 23, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to Article 382 § 3 of the Commercial Companies Code, gave a positive assessment of the Management Board's proposal regarding the distribution of net profit for the year 2023.
