ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the Company), acting as the Consortium Leader, informs that on October 28 and 29, 2024, it received notifications regarding the selection of two offers submitted by the consortium as the most favorable in the tender procedure conducted by Tramwaje Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. The offers concern the reconstruction of traction substation buildings "Jasna" (offer no. 1) and "Okęcie" (offer no. 2), including the modernization of power equipment (both offer no. 1 and 2).  

ELEKTROTIM S.A., informs that on October 23, 2024, it received a decision from the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Economic Department of the National Court Register, regarding the entry in the National Court Register – Business Register of the amendment of the following paragraphs of the Company’s Articles of Association: § 14, § 15, § 20, § 21, § 22, § 25 section 3, § 26.   

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that, acting as the leader of a consortium, it signed a contract on October 22, 2024, with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. based in Lubin – Oddział Zakłady Wzbogacania Rud Lubin. The subject of the contract is the replacement of switchgears  with transformers in the ZWR Lubin area. The gross value of the contract is PLN 26,441,310.00, net value is PLN 21,497,000.00.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on October 21, 2024, it received an order from Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland Sp. z o.o. based in Jawor. The subject of the order is the implementation a high/medium voltage electrical station along with a 110 kV power line (Package F) as part of the investment ‘Construction of the Mercedes-Benz VANS car factory in Jawor.’  The gross value of the order is PLN 61,854,240.00, the net value is PLN 50,288,000.00.  

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław informs that on October 18, 2024, it received a notification of the selection of ELEKTROTIM S.A.'s offer by STRABAG Infrastruktura Południe Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław for the execution of navigational lighting as part of the task titled: ‘Construction and reconstruction of airport surfaces at Wrocław Airport’ carried out for Wrocław Airport.

ELEKTROTIM S.A., acting pursuant to Art. 70 point 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, hereby announces to the public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. held on October 8, 2024

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company), acting pursuant to § 19 section 1 point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (hereinafter: the Regulation), hereby announces to the public the content of the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. on October 8, 2024 (EGM), along with the number of shares from which valid votes were cast and the percentage share of these shares in the share capital, the total number of valid votes, including the number of votes ‘for’, ‘against’, and ‘abstaining’.

ELEKTROTIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company"), pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 620) (the "Public Offering Act"), hereby informs that on August 9, 2024, it received a notification from Mr. Krzysztof Folty, a shareholder of the Company and a participant in the shareholder agreement, regarding a change in his shareholding in the Company. This notification was submitted in accordance with Article 69(1) and (2) in conjunction with Article 87(1)(5) of the Public Offering Act.

ELEKTROTIM S.A., headquartered in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company), informs that on August 8, 2024, it received a notification regarding the selection of ELEKTROTIM S.A.'s offer as the most advantageous in the tender conducted by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., headquartered in Konstancin-Jeziorna, for the task titled "Expansion and modernization of the 220 kV switchgear at the 400/220/110 kV Pątnów station – Stage 1".
